Eligibility & Admission Procedure
Students who have passed the fifth to ninth standard (5th Standard) or Candidates from outside the Karnataka State shall produce Migration Certificate and Eligibility Certificate
Application Forms obtained from the school in the student’s name must be duly filled and submitted to the Principal on or before the specified date.
Caste Certificate in the prescribed form duly signed by the Tahsildar shall be enclosed for claiming concessions and privileges earmarked for such students for selection and admission
There is no provision for change of subject or section after the admission.
Languages offered shall be the same as those offered at the 5th Standard.
PEN number and SATS number shall produce during the admission time.
It is requested that only ‘Certified Copies’ of T.C. and Marks Card are attached with the application form and not the originals.
Students who have passed ninth standard or Candidates from outside the Karnataka State shall produce Migration Certificate and Eligibility Certificate.
Certificates To Be Produced
Original previous standard Marks Card for verification with a photocopy.
Original aadhar card and birth certificate with photo copy, and 4 photo graphs
Original Transfer Certificate with a photocopy.
Original Demand Draft for the amount notified as announced in the fee structure.(only for 10th standard)
ICSE/CBSE students shall submit two photo copies of both Marks Card and Transfer Certificate.
Parents should accompany their wards at the time of admission.
